Summer Schedule 2018
June 13th – July 25th NO CLASS July 4th
Session Cost : $30 for 6 classes $5 per class
Drop-Ins students – $8 per class
Wednesday’s 7:30 am – Yoga with Jennifer (minimum 5 students)
Jennifer teaches an accessible all – levels class designed to encourage students to strengthen their bodies and stretch their minds. She offers many modifications and options in the poses. Each class is unique and includes breath and meditative awareness throughout.
Wednesday’s 6:30 pm – Yoga with Sierra (minimum 8 students)
Sierra Frost has one intention for every yoga class she teaches: that you feel more connected to Self, community, and the earth when you leave. She believes, “Yoga is the journey of the self, to the self, through the self,” (The Bhagavad Gita). Sierra teaches that yoga is 1% theory and 99% experience. She will offer adaptations and challenges through each pose, while you have a choice each class to accept the invitation to the level your body needs that day.
During this summer session, each class will explore a different theme based on student interest and be accessible to all body types and levels of practice. Her style of teaching is to move slowly while exploring spaces of challenge and spaces of rest in our bodies and minds. You may experience increased body awareness and thought patterns, decreased stress and pain, and tons of connection and peace (or all of these) at the end of our session!

If the minimum number of students isn’t met, the class will be canceled and refunds issued.
If you miss a class, you can make up that class anytime during the current session only.
Classes are non-transferable.
