Jennifer teaches an accessible all – levels class designed to encourage students to strengthen their bodies and stretch their minds. She offers many modifications and options in each pose. Each class is unique and includes breath and meditative awareness throughout.

Sunday evenings 6:30 pm – 7:45 pm Chakra Restorative Class
This chakra restorative class will work with each of the seven energy centers with vinyasa flow & restorative poses that allow you to move deeply into your body. Perfect for relaxation, rejuvenation and reconnection, this class will leave you feeling open, balanced and completely integrated within yourself.
Wednesday evenings 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
Thursday mornings 9:00 am – 10:00 am This class if FULL.

Yoga Studio Policies
FTH Yoga Studios host classes per session.
A session is typically 6-10 weeks and the benefit is a cheaper rate per class and you make a commitment to yourself to attend a weekly yoga class.
If the minimum number of students don’t register for the session, class will be canceled.
If a session commitment is too much for your schedule, a drop-in option is available at $10 per class.
If you miss a yoga class during the session, you can attend another class to do a make-up during the session time frame.
Classes do not carry over to the next session and are non-transferable to another student.
No refunds or credits will be given for missed classes.
Respect your fellow practitioners, arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts, get props and settle in.
No perfumes or scented lotions before class.
Essential oils are diffused during class and if this is a problem, let your instructor know.
Wear clothes that are easy to move in and bare feet are preferred (helps you from sliding on your mat).
Silence your cell phone before class.
Feel free to ask questions during class.
Please bring an open mind, positive spirit and have some fun. This is YOUR practice!
