International Shipping From the Heart clothing is currently not available in other countries.
Returns & Exchanges
Buyer can return or exchange any item purchased within 30 days of original purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in its original condition. To initiate a return, please mail the item back to 3100 Escondido Dr, Loveland, CO 80538. Questions, email jenniferbasch@yahoo.com.
To initiate an exchange, please email jenniferbasch@yahoo.com and indicate which item you would like to exchange the original purchase for, mail back the original item to 3100 Escondido Dr, Loveland, CO 80538. Once the original item is received the exchanged item will be mailed out.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email jenniferbasch@yahoo.com with your order number and photo of the item’s condition. These will be addressed on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
